Wafer takes shorter path from baking plates to rolling molds. Use of sugar and oil can

be reduced.

Cone length control devices

Control the length,diameter,size of sugar cone and perfect flat topped.

Sychronized Rotary Cone Transferring System

Same horizontal movement with the rolling reel during cone ejection to ensure perfect

cone transfer.

‘Heart to heart’ rotation device

Place natural rimmed cone into the same position before packing.

Durable Baking Plates.

Material is nodular cast iron. It is stable and durable. Still good in our factory after
10 years use. Plates are designed and patented in a way to maximize heat absorption.
