The machine consists of 200*240 mm baking trays made of high quality ductile cast iron. Each baking tray can be made into two cones. The machine is suitable for making flat sugar cones less than 180 mm in length. The machine is driven by a three-phase power supply and the oven is heated by gas (natural gas or LPG) with electric ignition and electronic display of the oven temperature. The production capacity is very high and is fully automatic, from spraying, baking, molding, stripping, conveying the product, stacking and counting.
